Oceans Beach Resort & Suites Pompano Beach, Pompano Beach

I was really looking forward to my stay and had initially booked two big rooms for my family, but I ended up canceling after a frustrating phone call with the manager who added unexpected fees and rules. On the brighter side, I've heard that others had a great experience, mentioning the cleanliness and overall friendliness, especially from staff like Brandi and Florence. The property features a beautiful tropical setting and is conveniently situated close to the beach, which I appreciate. However, the restrictions and additional costs were deal-breakers for me.

The hotel offers a lovely atmosphere with well-maintained grounds and is just a short walk from the beach, making it a convenient spot for beach activities. While the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, I encountered some issues with room cleanliness and unexpected disturbances. The overall experience was enjoyable thanks to the location, but some areas could use improvement.
